Griglie Roventi is the most beloved culinary event of the summer: the barbeque championship born in 2006, in which pairs of strictly nonprofessional cooks compete for the top step on the podium.

The purpose is to demonstrate one’s talent by preparing a barbecue in a predetermined time, evaluated by a panel of judges consisting of professional chefs, industry professionals and food and wine journalists. The parameters with which participants must measure themselves are the cooking of the meat, the taste, the presentation of the proposed dish, but also the likability of the cooks!
