On Saturday , May 25, 2024 , the intertwining of running and nature is renewed in Jesolo: the Jesolo Moonlight Half Marathon, now in its 13th edition.

Starting from Piazza Milano, the race winds along the route that alternates different naturalistic aspects: the river, lapineta, waterfront and beach, combined with the romantic colors of the sunsetand the charm of the sea at night.

In Piazza Milano there is the colorful and lively Moonlight Village, while Parco Grifone hosts the Moonlight Party with DJ set, dedicated to all participants and companions.

Moonlight Half Marathon offers three distances, suitable for all ages and abilities:

• 21k: competitive half marathon
• 10k competitive and 10k recreational-motor
• Jesolo Ali Family Run: cheerful 3-kilometer solidarity walk race dedicated especially to families, children and exercise enthusiasts.

Ali Family run is the non-competitive run of about 3 km suitable for everyone:families, children, students and movement enthusiasts. The start is scheduled at 5:30 p.m. at Milan Square, effectively opening the sports evening.

Join in to support the fundraiser for Don Gianni and the parish of St. John the Baptist, one of the most important Caritas centers in Jesolo, committed daily to helping more than 200 people in need by providing vouchers or shopping parcels.

The event supports the project collecting used running shoes for people in need “Double Knot, forty2.0”,promoted by barefoot runner Ercole La Manna and the associations“Vegan Power Team” and“Compagnia della Polenta”.

The event affects the entire ‘east lido area. In order to allow the event to take place safely, and minimize inconvenience to guests and residents, please plan ahead for travel.
