Run in Red 2024

On Sunday, November 17, 2024, the City of Jesolo celebrates the World Day Against Violence Against Women with the non-competitive Run in Red.
Two routes, one of 7 and one of 3 km, to run or walk wearing something red, which is the symbolic color of the day.
The initiative, also open to families and children, aims to raise awareness of the fight against the phenomenon of feminicide, a phenomenon that is unfortunately becoming more and more topical.

It will also be possible, by making a free offer, to receive a red gadget to wear during the run. The proceeds will be donated to the Ferrioli Bo Foundation, which runs the Anti-Violence and Antistalking Center “La Magnolia” in San Donà di Piave, a center committed to helping women victims of domestic violence and stalking.

• 2:15 pm greeting of the authorities

• from 3 p.m. onwards final refreshment in Brescia Square

• IAT – Brescia Square Information Office – Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m;
• New Body Line 2 Gymnasium in Ca’Savio – Hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 8 a.m.-8 p.m.; Tuesdays and Thursdays and Saturdays 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 4 p.m.-7 p.m.

The event’s k-ways, T-shirts, caps and neck warmers can only be received, by making a small donation, on-site on race day.

It is also possible to register on the day itself, starting at 10 a.m., while bibs last.
